Georginia has a wide variety of experience that might be helpful for your family, school, district, or agency.
Georginia works with children ages 4 to 16 one-on-one or in small groups for a variety of needs. Anxiety, suicidal ideation, attention regulation, theory of mind/perspective taking, and social skills, are some of the skills she can work on with your child. Sessions are usually weekly, about 50 minutes each week, and can include parent sessions to provide strategies that can work at home as well.
If a family has a child in the process of special education, whether the initial referral process, reevaluation, or upcoming annual review, Georginia can review documents and provide suggestions, recommendations, or support for an upcoming meeting. She can serve as an advocate as needed for your family to receive the best support for your child, whether they are eligible for special education or not.
Do you believe your child may be gifted? Have you requested an evaluation through your child's school? Do you need support in understanding what an evaluation for gifted support entails or what the results mean? Georginia can review your documentation or walk you through the process. She can review assessments to determine any suggestions or recommendations to help your child be successful in school.
Do you have a need not listed here? Contact Georginia to find out if she can help and/or to get a quote for contract services. When emailing or leaving a voicemail, please provide as much detail as possible as to needs, timelines, location, and the best way to contact you.
